KJ Property Management manages more than 60 commercial and residential buildings and complexes with a total billing of service charges in excess of RM48 million per annum. Our annual budget for management and maintenance of these buildings on behalf of our clients exceed RM40 million.

Our goal is to provide quality and efficient building management and maintenance services with systematic billings and collections of service charges as well as prudence financial and budget control.
